  Meditation linked to increased age, health, and smarts?

  i recently read how advanced meditation increases the brains waves, higher frequency alpha waves which is linked to higher state of consciousness and intelligence.

  now i saw this article, http://www.cnn.com/2014/07/10/health/can-meditation-really-slow-aging/index.html?hpt=hp_c3 that it also increases life and health, etc.

  i haven't really read or researched meditation but i was wondering if anybody has got into it, into a 'non religious' aspect of it.

  Music is very good for bringing one to attention and should be used because it is proven to cause the brain to fire all over the place according to MRI scans while listening and even a full brain work out if one is playing an instrument making music. Hey I bet one could even have a mystical experience while listen to music deeply or out of the body experience((like watching your self play but feel someone else is play(or possesed by an architype)if you will)) while playing one's favorite tune if the conditions are right.

  I guess getting those prefrontal lobes firing real good which increases their power over or inhibiting the limbic system system through meditation has it's benefits. Hey no brainer during lunch and break just close you eyes for 10 minutes and concentrate on your slowed relaxed breath and reap the benefits.

  I Wonder How Many Hater Of The Governing Body Exist At Bethel?

  with all that is becoming public now about the mismanagement of the watchtower corp by the governing body, the list of hater must be growing and this posses a risk i think of the gb's getting injured right there in their at headquarter over all the betrayal and harm they have inflicted to keep things quite(df'n those who know ttatt) to hide their badness and lies.. 1600 lay offs and putting legal in a jam, buying several chemical dumps for real estate and much much more i think spells serious trouble right there at head quarter that might erupt at any moment.. i know if i was a bethelite and had signed my life away to these corporate bastards and all this was starting to open my eyes i would be having serious thoughts about doing a few of those assholes in since my access to them would be in reach..

  And some they will be moving those magots and what is left after the lay offs to a supposedly cleaned up chemical dump site deadly disease causing PCB no less. I see serious trouble brewing from the move to this place also. How can they write any effective articles about paradise while living on top of a toxic chemical waste site is beyond me.

  got a call from a relative that i should go to the meeting this sunday because something major to be announced.

  (they were told it has to do with branches closing down, missionaries being sent home, etc).

  Just start writing letters of Disassociatoin telling them to stick it where the sun don't shine don't be pretty tell them like it really is. Don't try to convince them of anything except your disgust for the entire scam.
